วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2568 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้ร่วมกับนายศุภรัชต์ อินทราวุธ รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการพิเศษเพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ คณะผู้บริหารสำนักงาน กปร. และนางสายหยุด เพ็ชรสุข ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ศึกษาดูงาน ณ มหาวิทยาลัยมาเลเซียแห่งรัฐกลันตัน (Universiti Malaysia Kelantan - UMK)
ช่วงเช้า กงสุลใหญ่ฯ และคณะฯ ได้รับฟังการบรรยายสรุปและเยี่ยมชมอาคารห้องสมุดของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ วิทยาเขตบาเจาะ อำเภอบาเจาะ โดย Prof. IR TS. Dr. Arham Bin Abdullah รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัย อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ให้การต้อนรับ จากนั้น ได้เดินทางไปยังมหาวิทยาลัย UMK วิทยาเขตเจลี่ อำเภอเจลี่ เพื่อเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการผลิตภัณฑ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย โดย Prof. Dr. Seri Intan คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมการเกษตร และคณะให้การต้อนรับ
โอกาสนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตร อาทิ การแปรรูปสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา และการวิจัยร่วมกัน เพื่อมุ่งเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสถาบันทั้งสอง ตลอดจนพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ของไทยและประเทศมาเลเซียให้พัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu participates in a study visit to Universiti Malaysia Kelantan with Thai delegation from the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB)
On 26 August 2025, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, joined Mr. Suparach Intrawooth, Deputy Secretary-General of RDPB, along with its executives and Ms. Saiyut Petchsuk, Director of the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre, on a study visit to Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK).
In the morning, the Consul-General and the Thai delegation attended a briefing session and visited the university library at UMK Bachok Campus, where they were welcomed by Prof. IR. TS. Dr. Arham Bin Abdullah, Vice-Chancellor of UMK, along with faculty members and staff. The delegation later visited the UMK Jeli Campus to view the university product exhibition. Prof. Dr. Seri Intan, Dean of Faculty of Agro-Based Industry, her colleagues and students warmly welcomed the delegation.
On this occasion, both sides discussed potential cooperation in agriculture, including product processing, student exchange, and joint research to further promote good relations between the two institutions and southern border provinces of Thailand and Malaysia.
