วันที่ 10 มีนาคม 2568 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ให้การต้อนรับ Captain Maritime Erwan Shah bin Soahdi ผู้อำนวยการหน่วยบังคับใช้กฎหมายทางทะเล รัฐกลันตัน และคณะ ณ บ้านพักกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในโอกาสเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและหารือเกี่ยวกับช่องทางที่เหมาะสมในการประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยบังคับใช้กฎหมายทางทะเลฯ กับหน่วยงานภาคีฝ่ายไทย รวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแนวปฏิบัติของแต่ละฝ่ายและความร่วมมือระหว่างกันในกรณีที่เรือประมงไทยถูกจับกุมในน่านน้ำมาเลเซีย

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu welcomed Director of Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency of Kelantan and delegation

On 10 March 2025, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu received a courtesy call from Captain Maritime Erwan Shah bin Soahdi, Director of Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) of Kelantan and his delegation at the Consul-General’s Residence. During the call, both sides discussed proper channel and ways to enhance coordination between the MMEA and Thai counterparts, exchanged information on their respective procedures and practices, and pledged continued cooperation in events of the arrest of Thai fishing vessels in Malaysian waters.
