กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะผู้บัญชาการตำรวจรัฐกลันตัน ในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งและหารือการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการดูแลคนไทยและความมั่นคงระหว่างไทยและรัฐกลันตัน

 

เมื่อวันที่ 7 ธันวาคม 2566 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ DCP Dato' Muhamad Zaki bin Harun ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจรัฐกลันตันในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นแนวทางการติดต่อประสานงานและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลให้ใกล้ชิดยิ่งขึ้น โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภารกิจการดูแลคนไทยในรัฐกลันตันของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ การส่งเสริมความร่วมมือเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยบริเวณพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย - มาเลเซีย และประเด็นความท้าทายต่าง ๆ โอกาสนี้ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้แสดงความขอบคุณสำนักงานตำรวจรัฐกลันตันที่ให้ความร่วมมืออย่างดีกับสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ มาโดยตลอด ในขณะที่ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจรัฐกลันตันเห็นว่า ตำรวจรัฐกลันตันมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับฝ่ายไทย และความมั่นคงและความสงบเรียบร้อยตามแนวชายแดนต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือร่วมกัน

 

 

Consul- General of Thailand to Kota Bharu paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Police of Kelantan on the occasion of his assumption of duty.

 

On 7 December 2023, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General, together with officials of the Royal Thai Consulate-General, paid a courtesy call on DCP Dato' Muhamad Zaki bin Harun, Chief of Police of Kelantan on the occasion of the former’s assumption of duty. The two sides exchanged views on ways to further enhance coordination and information exchange, particularly on protection of Thai nationals in Kelantan. Promotion of Thailand-Malaysia border security and its challenges were also discussed during the call. On this occasion, the Consul – General expressed gratitude for good cooperation from the Royal Malaysian Police in Kelantan over the years while the Chief of Police opined that the Royal Malaysian Police in Kelantan and the Thai side have always had good relations and that both sides need to work together to secure the border between the two countries.
