วันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2569 นางสาวกมลรัตน์ สวนแก้ว กงสุล เข้าร่วมพิธีปิดโครงการอบรมครูอาสาสมัครสอนภาษาไทยในประเทศมาเลเซีย ในนามกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู พร้อมมอบเกียรติบัตรแก่ผู้สำเร็จการอบรมหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนภาษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรมไทย สำหรับชาวมาเลเซียเชื้อสายสยามในประเทศมาเลเซีย ณ วัดมัชฌิมาราม อำเภอตุมปัต รัฐกลันตัน โดยพระพิศาลสมณกิจ เจ้าคณะรัฐกลันตัน และเจ้าอาวาสวัดประชาจินาราม เป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์

การอบรมดังกล่าว มีผู้เข้าร่วมจากรัฐกลันตัน 57 คน และรัฐเกดะห์ 1 คน โดยนายนิคม ยอดมณี เลขาธิการมูลนิธิพระวิเชียรโมลี (แฉล้ม เขมปญฺโญ) พร้อมคณะกรรมการมูลนิธิฯ ตลอดจนนายสุรินทร์ สังข์เจริญ ประธานสมาคมสยามรัฐกลันตัน นางเคซี เหงียน ประธานสมาคมสตรีสยามรัฐกลันตัน และผู้เกี่ยวข้องจากประเทศไทย เข้าร่วมพิธีด้วย

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu attends closing ceremony of the training program for volunteer Thai language teachers in Malaysia

28 March 2026, Ms. Kamolrat Suankaew, Consul, on behalf of the Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, participated in the closing ceremony of the Thai language training programme for volunteer teachers in Malaysia. On this occasion, the Consul also presented certificates to participants who successfully completed the training course on Thai language instruction, religion, and culture for Malaysian citizens of Siamese descent. The ceremony took place at Wat Machimaram, Tumpat District, Kelantan, with Phra Phisan Samanakit, Primate of Kelantan and Abbot of Prachacinaram Temple, presiding over the monastic proceedings. A total of 58 participants joined the training, including 57 from Kelantan and 1 from Kedah. Also present at the event were Mr. Nikom Yodmanee, Secretary-General of the Phra Wichian Moli Foundation, along with members of the Foundation’s Committee, Mr. Surin Sangcharoen, Chairman of the Kelantan Siamese Association as well as those involved from Thailand.
