วันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2568 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้จัดกิจกรรมกงสุลสัญจร ครั้งที่ 3/2568 ที่ Dewan Kesedar Jelawang ตำบลดาบง อำเภอกัวลาไกร รัฐกลันตัน ห่างจากเมืองโกตาบารูไปทางทิศใต้ ประมาณ 136 กิโลเมตร เพื่อให้บริการด้านกงสุลแก่คนไทยในพื้นที่ดังกล่าว ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนไทยมุสลิมจากจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ อาทิ รับคำร้องขอทำหนังสือเดินทาง สูติบัตร และมรณบัตร รับลงทะเบียนผู้ประสงค์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตรวจสุขภาพขั้นพื้นฐาน ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2568 และผู้ประสงค์เข้าร่วมโครงการตรวจสารพันธุกรรม (DNA) เพื่อช่วยเหลือคนไทยในมาเลเซียที่มีสถานะตกหล่นทางทะเบียนราษฎร ประจำปี 2569 รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาปัญหาทะเบียนราษฎร

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu organizes consular mobile service unit for Thai community in Dabong Sub-district, Kuala Krai District, Kelantan

On 4 July 2025, Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu organized a consular mobile service unit for the Thai community at Dewan Kesedar Jelawang, Dabong Sub-district, Kuala Krai District, Kelantan, approximately 136 kilometers south of Kota Bharu. The services aimed at Thai nationals residing in the area, most of them are Thai Muslims originally from Thailand’s Southern Border Provinces. The services included passport applications, birth and death registrations, registration for basic health checkups at the Royal Thai Consulate-General on 1 August 2025, and registration for the 2026 DNA testing program, to help Thai nationals in Malaysia to register themselves into Thai civil registration system. Consultation services on civil registration issues were also provided.
