วันที่ 21 มกราคม 2556 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะครูและนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนสัมพันธ์วิทยา อ.เจาะไอร้อง จ.นราธิวาส จำนวน 80 คน นำโดย นายมะสุขรี ซีเดะ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ซึ่งเดินทางมาทัศนศึกษายังเมืองโกตาบารู รัฐกลันตัน และได้เข้าชมการทำงานของสถานกงสุลใหญ่

ในการนี้กงสุลใหญ่ และข้าราชการ ได้ให้การต้อนรับ และบรรยายสรุปบทบาทและหน้าที่ของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ รวมทั้ง ได้มีการหารือเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินกิจกรรมร่วมกันระหว่างสถานกงสุลใหญ่ กับ โรงเรียนสัมพันธ์วิทยาต่อไปในอนาคต เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

 On Jan 21, 2013 the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Kota Bharu welcomed a group of 80 teachers and students from Samphan Wittaya School, Cho-airong, Narathiwat, led by Mr.Masukree Sidek, the director of the school. The visit was part of the school’s trip to Kota Bharu and they visited the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Kota Bharu to learn about the consular duties in Kota Bharu.

After welcoming the group, Consul-General, Jackrid Kanjanasoon along with other officers, gave a briefing on the roles and responsibilities of the consulate-general, and discussed the possibilities of conducting activities with the school for the benefits of the people in the three southern provinces of Thailand.
