วันที่ 9-15 มีนาคม 2558 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ร่วมกับศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (ศอ.บต.) จัดเทศกาล “Thai Festival 2015” ณ เมืองกัวลาตรังกานู รัฐตรังกานู โดยมีผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เข้าร่วมออกร้านจำหน่ายสินค้า รวมทั้งสิ้น 120 บูธ และเมื่อค่ำวันที่ 9 มีนาคม นายจักรกฤษณ์ กาญจนศูนย์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู นางกิตติมา นวลทวี รองเลขาธิการ ศอ.บต.และ ต่วน ฮัจญี โรซารี บิน สาและ ผู้แทนนายกเทศมนตรีเมืองกัวลาตรังกานู ได้เป็นประธานร่วมในพิธีเปิดงานท่ามกลางแขกรับเชิญ และผู้ที่เข้ามาเที่ยวชมงานเป็นจำนวนมาก

อนึ่ง เทศกาล “Thai Festival” ในรัฐกลันตัน จะจัดระหว่างวันที่ 25-31 มีนาคม ณ สนามกีฬากลาง  เมืองโกตาบารู โดยจะมีพิธีเปิดเทศกาลในช่วงค่ำของวันที่ 25 มีนาคม

Between 9-15 March 2015, Royal Thai Consulate-General, Kota Bharu, in cooperation with Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC) organized the “Thai Festival 2015” at Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu to assist the southern Thai peoples who have affected by the situation in the south of Thailand to sell their products in Malaysia. In the pictures, Mr Jackrid Kanjanasoon, Consul-General, Ms. Kittima Nuantawee, Deputy Secretary General of SBPAC and Tuan Haji Rozali Bin Saleh, Representative of Terengganu State Municipal Council, co-hosted the opening ceremony at Dataran Shabandar on 9 March.

After those events, the Thai Festival in Kelantan will be organized on 25-31 March at Dataran Stadium Sultan Mohammad IV, Kota Bharu. Opening ceremony will be at the evening of 25 March.
