วันที่ 29 เมษายน 2568 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ให้การต้อนรับ พล.อ. ดิเรก บงการ หัวหน้าศูนย์ประสานงานชายแดนกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการกองทัพบก และคณะ ณ บ้านพักกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในโอกาสที่คณะเยือนรัฐกลันตันระหว่างวันที่ 29-30 เมษายน 2568 ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลสถานการณ์ความมั่นคงบริเวณชายแดนไทย-มาเลเซีย ตลอดจนพัฒนาการการบริหารจัดการชายแดนไทย-มาเลเซีย และแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงชายแดนไทย-มาเลเซีย หัวหน้าศูนย์ประสานงานฯ ได้ใช้โอกาสดังกล่าวสรุปสถานการณ์ความมั่นคงชายแดนไทยกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอื่น ๆ ด้วย

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu discussed Thai-Malaysian border security situation with Head of the Neighbouring Countries Coordination Center (NCCC), Army Operations Center

On 29 April 2025, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, welcomed General Direk Bongkarn, Head of the Neighbouring Countries Coordination Center (NCCC) of the Army Operations Center and his delegation at the Consul-General’s Residence on the occasion of the delegation’s visit to Kelantan during 29-30 April 2025. Both sides held discussion and exchanged information and views about security situation along the Thai-Malaysian border as well as developments in Malaysia’s border management and ways forward to enhance cooperation on border security between the two countries. In addition, the Head of NCCC provided updates on security situations along Thailand’s borders with other neighbouring countries as well.
