วันที่ 5 พฤษภาคม 2567 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้รับเชิญให้เข้าพบนาย Wan Zulfadhli Syahman Bin Wan Yusof, Director of Kelantan State Investment เพื่อหารือการเข้าร่วมงาน THAIFEX-Anuga Asia ของคณะผู้บริหารรัฐกลันตัน ระหว่างวันที่ 27 – 31 พฤษภาคม 2567 ที่กรุงเทพฯ และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับโอกาสการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศในรัฐกลันตัน โอกาสนี้ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้สรุปภาพรวมข้อมูลการลงทุนของไทยในมาเลเซีย และความคืบหน้าเรื่องการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ของไทยกับรัฐทางเหนือของมาเลเซีย ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนการพัฒนาพื้นที่ของรัฐกลันตันและจังหวัดนราธิวาส ตลอดจนการส่งเสริมท่องเที่ยวระหว่างกัน

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu met with Kelantan State Investment’s representative

On 5 May 2024, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, was invited to a meeting with Mr. Wan Zulfadhli Syahman Bin Wan Yusof, Director of Kelantan State Investment, to discuss a participation of high-level representatives from the Kelantan State Government in THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2024 from 27 – 31 May 2024 in Bangkok, and exchanged views on opportunities for foreign investment in Kelantan. On this occasion, the Consul-General informed the Director of the overall Thai investment in Malaysia and latest progress of connectivity between the southernmost provinces of Thailand and the northern states of Malaysia, which would compliment continued efforts by both sides to develop areas in Narathiwat Province and Kelantan State and to promote tourism.
