ความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากฝ่ายมาเลเซียในครั้งนี้ เป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากการประชุมหารือระหว่างสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู กับสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองรัฐกลันตัน เมื่อวันที่ 4 มีนาคม 2569 ณ สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองรัฐกลันตัน

 

Adjustment of ICQS Operating Hours between Kelantan and Narathiwat

 

The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu has coordinated with the Kelantan Immigration Department, which concures with the Thai authorities, to adjust the operating hours of the three Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security (ICQS) complexes between Kelantan State and Narathiwat Province. The checkpoints will open one hour earlier, as closely coordinated with Narathiwat Province, effective from 15 March 2026 onward. This adjustment restores the operating hours to the schedule observed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Details are as follows:

 

1. Rantau Panjang – Sungai Kolok Checkpoint 06:00 – 22:00 hrs. (Malaysia time)

2. Pengkalan Kubor – Tak Bai Checkpoint 06:00 – 19:00 hrs. (Malaysia time)

3. Bukit Bunga – Buketa Checkpoint 06:00 – 19:00 hrs. (Malaysia time)

 

This postive outcome was achieved following the meeting and discussions between the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu and the Kelantan Immigration Department on 4 March 2026 at the Kelantan Immigration Office.
