วันที่ 3 ธันวาคม 2568 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้จัดงานเลี้ยงรับรองเนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพพระบาทสมเด็จ พระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร วันชาติและวันพ่อแห่งชาติ ประจำปี 2568 ณ Renai Hotel เมืองโกตาบารู โดยก่อนเข้าสู่พิธีการ นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้เชิญผู้ร่วมงานร่วมกันยืนสงบนิ่งเพื่อถวายความอาลัยและน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณฯ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Fadzli bin Dato’ Haji Hassan รองมุขมนตรี ผู้แทนมุขมนตรีรัฐกลันตัน เป็นแขกเกียรติยศฝ่ายมาเลเซีย และมีมนตรี/รองมนตรีฝ่ายต่าง ๆ รวม 4 ท่าน เข้าร่วมงาน อาทิ ด้านการท่องเที่ยว วัฒนธรรม ศิลปะ และมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม และด้านเยาวชน กีฬา องค์กรพัฒนาเอกชน และความสามัคคี ตลอดจนผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนไทยและมาเลเซีย สมาคมสยามกลันตัน กลุ่ม Friends of Thailand และชุมชนชาวไทย เข้าร่วมด้วย รวมกว่า 150 คน
กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้กล่าวเทิดพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ที่ทรงอุทิศพระวรกายเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศกว่า 70 ปี ทรงพระราชทาน "ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล และมีโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริกว่า 4,000 โครงการ นอกจากนี้ ไทยกับรัฐกลันตันและรัฐตรังกานู มีสายสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นทางประวัติศาสตร์ ภาษา วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตร่วมกัน อันเป็นรากฐานที่มั่นคงของมิตรภาพและความร่วมมือระหว่างกัน โดยสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู มุ่งมั่นที่จะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงให้แก่รากฐานดังกล่าวเพื่อให้มิตรภาพและความร่วมมือเจริญก้าวหน้ายิ่งขึ้น
จากนั้น Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Fadzli bin Dato’ Haji Hassan ได้เน้นย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของรัฐกลันตัน ในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านการค้า การท่องเที่ยวฮาลาล เกษตรกรรม การศึกษา และการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายแดน เพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกันของประชาชนทั้งสองประเทศ
กิจกรรมภายในงานวันชาติประกอบด้วยการแสดงฟ้อนรำ จำนวน 5 ชุด ได้แก่ รำสยามกลันตัน โดยเด็กชาวมาเลเซียเชื้อสายสยาม ซึ่งสะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ของชาวสยามในรัฐกลันตัน ตามด้วยการฟ้อนรำพื้นถิ่น โดยคณะนักแสดงเด็กจากกรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งถ่ายทอดความงดงามของวัฒนธรรมจากทั้ง 4 ภูมิภาคของไทย เช่น เซิ้งแพรวากาฬสินธุ์ และรำตาลีกีปัส ตลอดจนการแสดงนิทรรศการปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กิจกรรมสร้างภาพจำลองการสวมใส่ชุดไทยพระราชนิยมในรูปแบบดิจิทัล และการจัดอาหารและขนมหวานไทย
Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu Hosts a Reception on the Occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Thailand’s Father’s Day 2025
On 3 December 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu hosted a reception on the occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Thailand’s Father’s Day 2025 at the Renai Hotel in Kota Bharu. Prior to the commencement of the ceremony, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, invited all attendees to observe a moment of silence in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. YB Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Fadzli bin Dato’ Haji Hassan, Deputy Chief Minister of Kelantan and representative of the Chief Minister was the guest of honour. In addition, a total of four other state Ministers/Vice Ministers from different Committees joined the reception, including Tourism, Culture, Arts and Heritage and Youth, Sports, NGOs and Community Unity. Dignitaries from various sectors, including Thai and Malaysian government and private organizations, Kelantan Siamese Association, Friends of Thailand, and members of the Thai community were also in attendance, making a total of more than 150 attendees.
The Consul-General paid homage to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, highlighting His Majesty’s lifelong dedication of over 70 years to the development of Thailand. His Majesty introduced the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, which has become a globally recognized framework for sustainable development and initiated more than 4,000 Royal Development Projects. The Consul-General also underscored the deep historical, linguistic, cultural, and social ties between Thailand and the States of Kelantan and Terengganu, which form a strong foundation for lasting friendship and cooperation. The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu is determined to play an important role in strengthening this foundation so that the friendship and cooperation between both sides continue to grow in years to come.
YB Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Fadzli bin Dato’ Haji Hassan then emphasized Kelantan’s commitment to enhancing cooperation in trade, halal tourism, agriculture, education, and border area development for the mutual benefit of the peoples of both countries.
The event featured five cultural performances, beginning with Ram Siam Kelantan, which reflects the unique identity of the Siamese community in Kelantan, and followed by traditional dances presented by a children’s troupe from Bangkok, showcasing the beauty of cultural traditions from all four regions of Thailand, such as Soeng Phrae Wa Kalasin and Ram Ta Lee Kipas. The event also included an exhibition on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, an interactive corner allowing guests to create simulated images of themselves wearing traditional royal Thai attire, as well as a variety of Thai food and desserts.
