วันที่ 8 มีนาคม 2558 เวลา 08.00 น. นายอัคร์วุมิ จิตรปฏิมา รองกงสุลใหญ่ และนายอัซมัน แตเปาะ กงสุล ประจำสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้เป็นผู้แทนกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ไปร่วมเปิดงานอาเซียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมต้น “Kebangsaan Kubang Kerian 3” ซึ่งโรงเรียนดังกล่าวได้จัดหลักสูตรให้นักเรียนชั้นประถมถึงมัธยมต้นได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับอาเซียน เพื่อเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนในปลายปี พ.ศ. 2558 ในการนี้นายอัคร์วุฒิฯ ได้กล่าวสุนทรพจน์เกี่ยวกับภารกิจของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ในการสนับสนุนการเชื่อมโยงประชาชนซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน โดยมีนาง Seri Dewi Bt. Mohd Ibrahim อาจารย์ใหญ่และคณะครูของโรงเรียนให้การต้อนรับ

On 8 March 2015 at 08.00 am., Deputy Consul-General Akavuth Chitapatima and Consul Azman Taepoh attended the opening ceremony of Asean Activity at Kebangsaan Kubang Kerian 3 School on behalf of Consul-General. The program is a part of Asean Course set for the primary and secondary students to learn and prepare themselves for Asean Community on this year end. On the occasion, Mrs. Seri Dewi Bt. Mohd Ibrahim, the Principal of the school together with the teachers welcomed Deputy Consul-General Akavuth who gave some speech on how to be ready for the Asean Community to the students.
