On 27 September 2017 HRH Dr. Tengku Muhammad Fa-iz Petra Ibni Sultan Ismail Petra, the Regent of Kelantan, graciously granted an audience for Mr. Paitoon Songkaeo, Consul General to Kota Bharu and his wife, at Istana Kota Lama, to bid farewell to HRH upon the completion of his tenure of office and retirement. On this occasion, officials from the Royal Thai Consulate-General were also present.
