เมื่อวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2560 นายไพฑูรย์ สงค์แก้ว กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้เข้าอำลา Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police Datuk Hasanuddin Hassan ผู้บังคับการตำรวจรัฐกลันตัน ในโอกาสครบวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งและเกษียนอายุราชการ โดยมี Assistance Commissioner of Police Abdul Basir bin Ahmad, Chief of Special Branch ร่วมการสนทนาด้วย

On 26 September 2017 Mr. Paitoon Songkaeo, Consul General to Kota Bharu paid a courtesy call to bid farewell to Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police Datuk Hasanuddin Hassan, Chief of Police of Kelantan upon the completion of his tenure of office and retirement. Assistance Commissioner of Police Abdul Basir bin Ahmad, Chief of Special Branch, was also present at the meeting.
