วันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2569 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้รับเชิญเข้าร่วมโครงการศึกษาดูงานของคณะผู้บริหาร บุคลากร และนักศึกษา คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยมาเลเซียแห่งรัฐกลันตัน ณ ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริและโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ จังหวัดนราธิวาส ระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 7 สิงหาคม 2569

โอกาสนี้ นายศุภรัชต์ อินทราวุธ รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการพิเศษ เพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ (สำนักงาน กปร.) นายวิชาญ ชัยเศรษฐสัมพันธ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนราธิวาส กงสุลใหญ่ฯ นางสายหยุด เพ็ชรสุข ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองฯ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seri Intan Mokhtar คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร และคณะ พร้อมจัดการบรรยายสรุปเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองฯ และนำชมโครงการและกิจกรรมพัฒนาการเกษตรภายในศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองฯ ซึ่งเป็นเสมือน “พิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติที่มีชีวิต” เพื่อเผยแพร่แนวพระราชดำริด้านการพัฒนาและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างยั่งยืน

นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะ การศึกษา งานวิจัย และการพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม อันจะเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการต่อยอดความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและการพัฒนาระหว่างกันในอนาคต

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu Participates in Study Visit of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan to the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre, Narathiwat

On 4 August 2026, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, participated in a study visit by the faculty members, staff, and students of the Faculty of Agro-Based Industry, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), to the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre, Narathiwat Province. The study visit is being held from 4–7 August 2026.

On this occasion, Mr. Suparach Intrawooth, Deputy Secretary-General of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB); Wichan Chaisetsumpan, Vice Governor of Narathiwat Province; Consul-General, and Ms. Saiyud Phetsuk, Director of the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre, welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seri Intan Mokhtar, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Based Industry, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, and the university delegation.

The morning programme for the delegation featured a briefing on the Centre's operations, followed by a guided tour of its agricultural development projects and activities. Recognised as a "living natural museum," the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre showcases the implementation of His Majesty's Royal Initiatives in promoting sustainable agricultural development and natural resource management.

The visit also provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange knowledge and experiences on skills development, education, research, and environmental sustainability. The discussions laid an important foundation for enhancing future academic cooperation and collaborative development initiatives between the two institutions.
