วันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2568 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้รับเชิญให้เข้าร่วมงาน “ชมศูนย์ศึกษา พัฒนาความรู้ ดูนิทรรศการ” ครั้งที่ 26 ณ ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองฯ จังหวัดนราธิวาส ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้สำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณและสืบสานแนวพระราชดำริ โดยนายพลากร สุวรรณรัฐ องคมนตรี และประธานกรรมการบริหารโครงการศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ เป็นประธาน และว่าที่ร้อยตรี ตระกูล โทธรรม ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนราธิวาส กล่าวต้อนรับ โอกาสนี้ คณะผู้บริหารของมหาวิทยาลัยมาเลเซียแห่งรัฐกลันตัน (Universiti Malaysia Kelantan - UMK) ได้เข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าวด้วย ทั้งนี้ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้มีบทบาทริเริ่มในการจัดทำบันทึกความเข้าใจระหว่างสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพิเศษเพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริกับมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ว่าด้วยความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตร

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu attends an event at Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre

On August 16, 2025, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, attended the 26th "Visit Study Centre, Gain Knowledge, Explore Exhibition" event at the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre in Narathiwat Province, which was aimed at fostering public appreciation for His Majesty’s Benevolence and promoting continuation of His Majesty the King's Royal Initiatives.

Mr. Palakorn Suwanrath, Privy Councillor and Chairman of Royal Development Study Centre Executive Committee, presided over the event and Acting Sub Lt. Trakul Thotham, Governor of Narathiwat Province, delivered welcoming remarks.

On this occasion, executives from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) also participated in the event. The Royal Thai Consulate-General played a key role in initiating the drafting of Memorandum of Understanding between the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board and Universiti Malaysia Kelantan on Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture.
