สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ให้บริการกงสุลสัญจรแก่คนไทยที่อำเภอกัวมูซัง รัฐกลันตัน
วันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2567 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้จัดกิจกรรมบูรณาการกงสุลสัญจร ณ วัดกง แยะ สุย อำเภอกัวมูซัง รัฐกลันตัน ระหว่างภาคีหน่วยงานราชการต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ (1) สกญ. ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ให้บริการหนังสือเดินทาง สูติบัตรและมรณบัตร และรับรองเอกสารนิติกรณ์ (2) ศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (ศอบต.) ลงพื้นที่สำรวจรายชื่อผู้มีสถานะตกหล่นทางทะเบียนราษฎรเพื่อเข้าโครงการพิสูจน์สารพันธุกรรม (DNA) (3) สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดนราธิวาส ศูนย์อนามัยที่ 12 ยะลาและโรงพยาบาล อำเภอแว้ง จังหวัดนราธิวาส บริการตรวจสุขภาพพื้นฐานแก่คนไทยที่ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในพื้นที่ชนบทห่างไกล และ (4) สำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สปสช.) เขต 12 สงขลา ให้ข้อมูลและความรู้เรื่องสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าแก่คนไทยในรัฐกลันตัน
โอกาสนี้ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้รับเกียรติจาก พ.ต.ท. วรรณพงษ์ คชรักษ์ เลขาธิการ ศอ.บต. และ นส. ปิติกาญจน์ สิทธิเดช กรรมการสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งชาติ รวมทั้งผู้แทนหน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ นพ.วีระพันธ์ ลีธนะกุล ผู้อำนวยการเขต สปสช.ฯ ผู้แทนสถาบันนิติวิทยศาสตร์ ที่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรรมกงสุลสัญจรด้วยตนเอง กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้ร่วมหารือกับเลขาธิการ ศอ.บต. และผู้แทนส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพิจารณาข้อมูล ข้อเท็จจริง และแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาคนไทยในมาเลเซียที่มีสถานะตกหล่นทางทะเบียนราษฏร โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่อำเภอกัวมูซัง รัฐกลันตัน ให้ได้รับความช่วยเหลือและสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต
The Royal Thai-Consulate – General in Kota Bharu organized a consular mobile service unit for Thai community in Gua Musang District, Kelantan.
On 8 May 2024, the Royal Thai Consulate – General in Kota Bharu organised a consular mobile service unit for Thai community at Gong Yue Shui in Gua Musang District, Kelantan. The activity was a joint collaboration between the Royal Thai Consulate – General in Kota Bharu, the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC), Narathiwat Provincial Public Health Office, Regional Health Promotion Center 12 Yala, and Waeng District Hospital as well as the National Health Security Office (NHSO) Region 12 Songkhla, to provide an integrated one-stop service concerning consular-related matters and basic medical consultations for Thai nationals in Gua Musang District.
During the event, the Consulate – General in Kota Bharu was honoured by the presence of Lt. Col. Wannapong Kotcharag, Secretary General of SBPAC, and Miss Pitikan Sithdej, National Human Rights Commissioner of Thailand as well as representatives from concerned Thai authorities, including the Central Institute of Forensic Science and Dr. Weraphan Leethanakul, Director of National Health Security Office Region 12 Songkhla, who personally visited the site to discuss the way forward in terms of helping the Thai people. The discussion between the Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu and the high-ranking officials focused on an exchange of information, ideas and an appropriate course of action to help the Thai community gain access to basic rights as Thai citizens to healthcare and education.
