วันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2568 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้จัดพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลปัญญาสมวาร (50 วัน) เพื่ออุทิศถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ณ วัดชลประชุมธาตุชนาราม รัฐกลันตัน โดยนายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู เป็นประธานฝ่ายฆราวาส พระพิศาลสมณกิจ เจ้าคณะรัฐกลันตันและเจ้าอาวาสวัดประชาจินาราม เป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์ พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ตลอดจนชาวไทย ชาวมาเลเซียเชื้อสายสยาม (ชาวสยาม) และชาวมาเลเซียเชื้อสายจีน ประมาณ 80 คน เข้าร่วมพิธีฯ

โอกาสนี้ พระพิศาลสมณกิจ ได้สวดมนต์ถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ตลอดจนมีการจัดพิธีทำบุญตักบาตรด้วย

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu organizes Merit-Making Ceremony on the occasion of the fiftieth day following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother

On 12 December 2025, Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu organized a Merit-Making Ceremony at Chonprachumthat Chanaram Temple, on the occasion of the fiftieth day of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, as co-lay chairman, presided over the ceremony while Phra Phisan Samanakit, Primate of Kelantan and Abbot of Prachacinaram Temple was the presiding monk. The ceremony was attended by around 80 people, including officials and staff of the Consulate-General, Thai, Malaysian Siamese and Malaysian Chinese people in Kelantan.

Phra Phisan Samanakit led the chanting to dedicate merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. A traditional almsgiving ceremony was organized for the occasion.
