• สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ โกตาบารู ออกวีซ่าท่องเที่ยวประเภทพิเศษแบบเข้าได้หลายครั้ง (Multiple-Entry) มีอายุ 5 ปี
• วีซ่านี้สำหรับคนต่างชาติที่ต้องการเข้ามาท่องเที่ยวและทำงานทางไกล (Workcation) ในประเทศไทย รวมถึง
  • กลุ่มทักษะสูง (foreign talent)
  • กลุ่มอาชีพอิสระ (freelancer)
  • กลุ่มทำงานระยะไกล (digital nomad/remote worker) และ
  • คนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น การเรียนมวยไทย การทำอาหาร การฝึกซ้อมกีฬา การรักษาพยาบาล การอบรม การสัมมนา และการแสดงศิลปะและดนตรี
  • คู่สมรสและบุตรที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายซึ่งมีอายุไม่เกิน 20 ปี

เอกสารประกอบการขอวีซ่า:

1. หนังสือเดินทาง: ที่มีอายุไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน
2. คำร้องขอวีซ่า: แบบฟอร์มคำร้องขอวีซ่าที่กรอกและลงนามแล้ว พร้อมรูปถ่ายขนาด 4 x 6 ซม. ถ่ายภายใน 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมา
3. หลักฐานทางการเงิน: หลักฐานทางการเงินหรือการสนับสนุนทางการเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 500,000 บาท
4. เอกสารตามวัตถุประสงค์การเดินทาง:
   • สัญญาการจ้างงาน (โดยมีนายจ้างอยู่ต่างประเทศและไม่ก่อให้เกิดรายได้ในประเทศไทย) หรือ
   • หนังสือรับรองจากนายจ้าง (นายจ้างที่จดทะเบียนบริษัทในต่างประเทศ) หรือ
   • Portfolio ผลงานที่ผ่านมา 1 ชิ้น ของผู้ร้องที่แสดงถึงการทำงานกลุ่มทักษะสูง (foreign talent) กลุ่มอาชีพอิสระ (freelancer) หรือกลุ่มทำงานระยะไกล (digital nomad/remote worker) หรือ
   • หนังสือเชิญหรือเอกสารตอบรับเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าคนต่างด้าวเข้ามาทำกิจกรรมดังกล่าว
5. ผู้ติดตาม: เอกสารแสดงความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ร้องหลัก (เช่น ทะเบียนสมรส สูติบัตร)

ค่าธรรมเนียมวีซ่า: 1,600 ริงกิต

• Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu grants a Multiple-Entry Destination Thailand Visa, valid for 5 years.
• This visa is for foreigners who wish to visit Thailand for tourism and remote work (Workcation), including
  • high-skilled talent
  • freelancers
  • digital nomads
  • those engaging in activities such as Thai boxing, culinary arts, sports training, medical treatment, seminars, and cultural events.
  • Dependents (spouses and legal children under 20) are also eligible.

Required Documents:

1. Passport: A passport with at least 6 months validity.
2. Visa Application Form: A completed and signed visa application form with a 4 x 6 cm photo taken within the last 6 months.
3. Financial Proof: Financial proof or support evidence with a minimum of 500,000 baht.
4. Purpose-Specific Documents: Documents specific to the purpose of stay:
   • Employment contract (foreign employer, no income in Thailand) or
   • Employer certification (foreign registered company) or
   • Portfolio of previous work (for high-skilled talent, freelancers, digital nomads) or
   • Invitation or acceptance letter for activities.
5. Dependents: Documents proving relationship with the main applicant (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate).

Visa Fee: 1,600 Ringgit
