การขอรับวีซ่า

• ตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 ต.ค. 2567 เป็นต้นไป ชาวต่างชาติสามารถยื่นขอรับวีซ่าและชำระค่าธรรมเนียมได้ที่เว็ปไซต์ https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ โดยไม่ต้องเดินทางมาขอรับวีซ่าด้วยตนเองที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ 
• ผู้ร้องต้องแสดงตราประทับเข้าประเทศมาเลเซียก่อนขอรับวีซ่า ดังตัวอย่างด้านล่าง โดยส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวลงในช่อง "Document indicating current location" 
• สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ มีสิทธิในการปฏิเสธคำร้องขอรับการตรวจลงตราหากเห็นว่า ผู้ร้องไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์การพิจารณา

วีซ่าสำหรับนักเรียน/นักศึกษาที่ต้องการเข้าศึกษาต่อในสถานศึกษาในไทย หรือผู้ที่ต้องการฝึกงานในประเทศไทย
วีซ่าสำหรับคนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาท่องเที่ยวและทำงานทางไกลในประเทศไทย (digital normad) 

Applying for a Thai Visa

• From 8 October 2024 onwards, foreign nationals can apply and pay fees for all types of visa via https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ without having to apply for visas at the Royal Thai Consulate - General in Kota Bharu. 
  
• Applicants must present Malaysian entry stamp (preferably stamps of checkpoints in Kelantan) before applying for their visas through the e-Visa system when asked for "Document indicating current location". An example of such stamp is provided below
• The Royal Thai  Consulate - General reserves the rights to reject applicants who do not meet the requirements

Non-Immigrant “B” Visa (Conducting business, conference and employment)
Non-Immigrant "O" Visa (Family member of a Thai national/Dependent of a visa holder working or studying in Thailand or Volunteer for an NGO or a charitable organization/Retirement)
Non - Immigrant "ED" Visa (full-time education in private and public educational institutions in Thailand/ internship and training in governmental organizations and international organizations/ or any other educational programmes)
 Destination Thailand Visa "DTV" (for foreigners who come to Thailand for tourism and remote work)
