On 14 September 2017, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu hosted a reception to express appreciation to all agencies which always cooperate with the Royal Thai Consulate-General. There were more than 300 persons participating in the reception, both from Thailand - such as Mr. Chamnan Muandam, Special representative of government, Mr. Supanat Siruntewinati, Secretary General of the Southern Border Provinces Administration Center, and officials Narathiwat Province, the Immigrations office of Sungai Kolok, the Customs office of Sungai Kolok, etc., and from Malaysia, namely YB Mej Dato’ Hj Md. Anizam bin Ab Rahman, Chairman of Committee on Tourism, Culture and Heritage, YB Dato’ Hj Che Abdullah b. Mat Nawi, Chairman of Committee on Agriculture and Agro-based Industry, Dato Haji Adnan bin Hussin, Deputy of the State Secretariat of Kelantan, and officials from Malaysian Police office in Kelantan state, the office of Immigration, the office of Customs. The Royal Thai Consulate-General has long been in good relationships and close cooperation with various public and private agencies in Thailand and Malaysia.
