วันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2569 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ร่วมกับสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดนราธิวาส และโรงพยาบาลในสังกัด ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก โรงพยาบาลตากใบ โรงพยาบาลแว้ง และโรงพยาบาลยี่งอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา จัดกิจกรรมการออกหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อให้บริการตรวจสุขภาพพื้นฐานและให้คำปรึกษาทางการแพทย์แก่คนไทยในรัฐกลันตันและรัฐตรังกานู ครั้งที่ 1 ประจำปี 2569 ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ โอกาสนี้ นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู และ นพ. กู้ศักดิ์ บำรุงเสนา นายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัดนราธิวาส ได้พบปะพูดคุยกับคนไทยในรัฐกลันตันและรัฐตรังกานูที่เดินทางมารับบริการด้วย

การจัดกิจกรรมการออกหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ครั้งนี้ ได้รับความสนใจจากคนไทยเข้ารับบริการรวม 77 ราย และถือเป็นกิจกรรมต่อเนื่องจากการออกหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ จำนวน 3 ครั้งเมื่อปี 2568 โดยมีคนไทยเข้ารับบริการรวมทั้งสิ้น 293 ราย

Mobile Medical Unit providing basic health check-ups and medical consultations for Thai nationals in Kelantan and Terengganu (1/2026)

On 8 May 2026, The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu, in close collaboration with Narathiwat Provincial Public Health Office and its affiliated hospitals, namely Su-ngai Kolok Hospital, Tak Bai Hospital, Waeng Hospital, and Yi-ngo Chalermprakiat 80th Anniversary Hospital, co-organised the first mobile medical unit for 2026 at the Consulate-General to provide basic health check-ups and medical consultations for Thai nationals in Kelantan and Terengganu. On this occasion, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu and Dr. Kusak Bamrungsena, Chief of Narathiwat Provincial Public Health Office, met and greeted Thai nationals from Kelantan and Terengganu who attended the programme.

This mobile medical outreach activity received strong interest from the Thai community, with a total of 77 Thai nationals receiving the services. The event also served as a continuation of the three mobile medical unit programs conducted at the Consulate-General in 2025, which collectively provided services to a total of 293 Thai nationals.
